About

Hey there! I am Mahika, a Computer Science student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a minor in FinTech and concentrations in Intelligence and Cybersecurity.

My academic and professional interests center around artificial intelligence, machine learning, and building systems that solve real-world problems. I am currently involved in research across Emory University’s ViTAL Lab, Georgia Tech’s Jamali Lab, and SIGNAL@GT. My work spans movement-disorder modeling with gait motion-capture data, AI-driven research workflows, and a spatio-temporal diffusion project.

I’m drawn to multidisciplinary work that brings together machine learning, research, and real-world problem solving — especially projects where I can explore complex questions through data, models, and experimentation.

Away from my laptop, I’m usually cooking something new ๐Ÿณ, playing sports ๐Ÿธ, working on a craft project ๐ŸŽ€, or watching movies or tv shows ๐Ÿฟ. I like having a mix of structured work and creative outlets — it keeps things fun, a little chaotic, and gives me space to think differently ๐ŸŒท.

This site? It’s a mix of everything: research, projects ๐Ÿ’ป, thoughts, experiments ๐Ÿงช, and probably a few random interests along the way. If you enjoy a little variety, welcome aboard ๐ŸŽข!
